  • Price Changes: Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  • Ownership: Products remain the property of Get Moewly until full payment has been successfully processed.

4- Orders & Shipping

  • Order Acceptance: An order is considered accepted once you receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • Shipping Area: We ship to all countries within the European Union.

  • Delivery & Customs: Shipping times are estimates only. Get Moewly is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, national holidays, or carrier issues. Please note that for items shipped from international warehouses, the customer is responsible for any local import duties or taxes, if applicable.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses.

5- Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU Law)

  • In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

  • The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
